Q: How long will it take from the time I purchase my Sack till it arrives
at my door?
A: The normal delivery time from order to finish is under two weeks.
If a custom color or embroidery is ordered it may take up to four weeks.
Q: How do I set up my Ultimate Sack?
A: Once your Ultimate
Sack chair arrives at your door and you remove it from the
box the foam will already be encased in the liner. You will
need to use your hands to break apart the foam. You can also
help to break the foam apart by moving the inner liner around
and rotating it. Once the foam is broken your Ultimate Sack
will have significantly increased in size. Then, you may
zip your outer cover into place around the canvas liner.
Q: How do I care for my Ultimate Sack?
A: The outer cover is machine washable in cold water. It needs to be
air dried, do not place in dryer. The inner liner is not machine-washable.
In order to maintain maximum comfort you should rotate or fluff your
sack often.
