OUR SHREDDED FOAM before being packed
This is our room that stores our shredded foam for our large bean bag chairs. This room holds about 4,000 pounds of shredded foam! This is what the foam looks like after we run it through the shredder. It goes into the chair and it is broken up after it is packed and shipped to you.
SHIPPING of our great sacks
We began manufacturing Ultimate Sacks in our basement with a pair of scissors on our hands and knees. Since that time, we have developed our business, improved our production, and are currently operating out of two warehouses. We now order foam by the semi-truck load and we're growing significantly each month. We're still, proudly, the family-owned and operated manufacturer of the Ultimate Sack.
