The Ultimate Bean Bag Chair Factory!

We began manufacturing Ultimate Sacks in our basement with a pair of scissors on our hands and knees. Since that time, we have developed our business, improved our production, and are currently operating out of two warehouses. We now order foam by the semi-truck load and we're growing significantly each month.

 

This is our room that stores our shredded foam for our bean bag chairs. This room holds about 4,000 pounds of shredded foam!	This is what our foam looks like before it is shredded. We use only the highest quality foam for our Ultimate Beanbag Chairs.	This is what the foam looks like after we run it through the shredder. It goes into the chair and it is broken up after it is packed and shipped to you.
These are our sacks before they are covered with the fabric of your choice. They are constructed using much more durable bean bag chair fabric than many of our competitors fabric.	This is the size that your sack will be when it arrives. We pack them evenly and neatly and then, you make it come to life when it arrives at its new home. Just break the foam apart and Voila! Ultimate Bean Bag Chair!	We store our many fabrics in protective bags so that you will have the best quality fabric. We offer so many fabrics that it is hard to choose just one! It's a good thing we offer separate chair covers!
